The Pram Society

I have just become the extremely proud and excited owner of a beautiful navy/navy Marmet Queen pram. This is the first time I have owned one of these beautiful traditional prams since I had my children in the late 60's early 70's. For my children I had a Wilson Silver Shadow but I love the true coachbuilt bodies and I fell in love with the "Queen" after visiting the Pram Society's Heritage Day in Hull this year with my long suffering husband. I have not been blessed with grandchildren as yet but hope to be pushing a baby around in the not too distant future (even if I have to borrow one!). At the moment I have to be content with a doll but I am not brave enough to venture out of the garden. I look forward to attending one of the Pram Society's occasions next year.
